Options: Mesquite Smoked or Slow Roasted 10 lb Prime Rib with Au Jus or Creamy Horseradish Sauce cooked to rare with step by step warming instructions. Serves up to 12 guests for $250.00. For $300, receive 10 lb Prime Rib, Susie’s Famous Mashed Potatoes, House Salad, Green Beans, and our choice of Chef’s Bourbon Bread Pudding or Pumpkin Bread Pudding.
