Join Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse and let sparks fly this month with a sizzling new offer, planned just for you – the Porterhouse feature.
What is a Porterhouse?
A Porterhouse is a cut of beef from the front of the short loin, that includes a “T”-shaped bone with meat on each side. The smaller portion of the T-Bone, when sold alone, is known as a filet mignon. When the larger portion of the steak is sold alone, it is referred to as a New York Strip. A porterhouse typically has a bigger filet portion than a T-bone.
What is the Porterhouse Feature?
Our chefs are grilling up a 32 oz prime Porterhouse, cooked just the way you like it. This hearty cut of steak is then paired with a baked potato and house salad. All for the unbeatable price of $75 (A $100 Value!). It’s only here through the month of June– so don’t miss out!
