KIRBY’S SOUTHLAKE PRIVATE DINING
Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse in Southlake offers a newly renovated private room(s) that can accommodate up to 80 persons. A collapsing soundproof wall can also divide the rooms and make two separate private facilities. “The Wine Room” can seat up to 40 and “The Back Room” can accommodate up to 35 people. Both rooms have A/V, microphones, and high definition screens for presentation purposes. Kirby’s does not charge for the usage of their equipment, however a minimum may be requested depending on the size of the party. Banquet menus are also available and the banquet manager can help you customize your own menu as well.
THE WINE ROOM – SOUTHLAKE
The Wine Room is the perfect place for any event from wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions to business events and presentations. Our elegant wine room is completely private and can seat up to 40 guests. The exquisite wine cellar provides a stunning view to accompany your group’s private dining experience.
THE BACK ROOM – SOUTHLAKE
The Back Room is a comfortable, completely private dining space for up to 32 guests. It has a large drop down screen and LCD projector that provides a perfect place for any kind of presentation. The dark wood walls are decorated with Kirby’s memorabilia dating back to the 1950’s complimenting the room’s contemporary flair.
