Alternative Routes 5.16.12 – 5.20.12

During the evenings the ramp to Southlake Blvd/ 1709 may be closed if that is the case, detour to Kimball.

If traveling on 114 West-bound, exit Kimball Ave.  Turn left under bridge and continue on to the intersection of Kimball and 1709/Southlake Blvd.  Turn left at the light to get on to 1709/ Southlake Blvd.  Continue on 1709 until you reach the light at 114 East-bound frontage road.  Turn righ at the light to get onto the frontage road, and we are on the right hand side.

If traveling on 114 East-bound, exit Kimball Ave.  Turn right and continue on to the intersection of Kimball and 1709/Southlake Blvd.  Turn left at the light to get on to 1709/ Southlake Blvd.  Continue on 1709 until you reach the light at 114 East-bound frontage road.  Turn right at the light to get onto the frontage road, and we are on the right hand side.

Southlake Boulevard / FM 1709 is currently an East-bound, one-way street from Commerce St. to Highway 114.

The Southlake Boulevard/ FM 1709 bridge that crosses Highway 114 is currently one-way headed East.

The Northwest Highway bridge that crosses Highway 114 is currently one-way headed West. This one way pattern on both bridges will remain in effect for some time.

From Keller area: Go East on Southlake Boulevard / FM 1709, turn right onto the service road to Highway 114, and make a right into our driveway entrance.

From DFW Airport: Take the North exit out of the airport and get onto Highway 114 headed West. Make the exit for Southlake Boulevard / FM 1709. Follow the signs for FM1709. Turn left at the second light onto Gateway Drive and cross the bridge. Turn left to get on the service road to Highway 114 headed East. Once you cross over Southlake B0ulevard / FM 1709, turn right into our driveway entrance.

From Trophy Club/ Solana Area: From Highway 114 headed East, take the exit for Southlake Boulevard / FM 1709. Go straight through the light at Gateway Drive and the light at Southlake Boulevard / FM 1709. After crossing over Southlake Boulevard / 1709, turn right into our driveway entrance.
