Copper River King Salmon season is finally here!

Copper River salmon come from the pristine Copper River in Alaska. They’re caught at the mouth of the river as they are starting their journey to spawn and, because of the Copper River’s length and strong, cold rapids, they’ve been plumping themselves up for the trip and are loaded natural oils and body fat. These qualities make the salmon among the richest, tastiest fish in the world. With limited supply we will be featuring Copper River King Salmon in house, beginning Saturday, May 23rd.
