Whether planning a business function or social gathering, Kirby’s makes your event planning effortless. With our unparalleled service, chef’s dedication to food, and our extensive wine list we can accommodate groups from 2 to 200.
In addition to our main dining area and lounge we have a variety of private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 65 patrons. Allow your guests an open menu or pre-select one of our multi-course packages. We have a full service bar, a variety of spirits, and a collection of over 3,000 bottles of new and old world wine. Ensure your event is memorable thanks to Kirby’s unparalleled service and atmosphere.
SAN ANTONIO – THE VINEYARD ROOM
The Vineyard Room as a whole is able to accommodate up to 65 persons. It is also able to host two separate private parties of 25 or fewer. The room is split with a completely sound proof partition and decorated beautifully with hand done artwork and tortoise shell chandeliers. For any A/V needs, the room does have a screen.
SAN ANTONIO PRIVATE DINING – THE LIBRARY ROOM
The Library Room is adjacent to the bar and is more of an intimate, quaint room. Featuring a stone wall fireplace and flat screen TV, the room accommodates 18 or fewer. Perfect for your intimate private party needs!
SAN ANTONIO PRIVATE DINING – THE TUSCANY ROOM
The Tuscany Room, similar to the Vineyard, and can host up to 40 persons as a whole or 20 for two separate private parties. For any A/V needs, the room does include a screen.
